Aegerter offers 40 appellations of Burgundies from the 50 ha vinified.
In more than 20 years, Jean-Luc and Paul, father and son, have formed a domain spread over a few key Burgundy appellations.
The 7 hectares of vines in ownership allow them to produce each year about 20 000 bottles of wine of the domain. This vineyard is pampered all year with an average yield of 35 hectoliters per hectare only. After the harvest and a careful sorting of the grapes, the grapes are carefully vinified and the wine is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months.
