The Domaine La Florane and l’Echevin are vinified in the same cellar in Visan, in the heart of the Domaine la Florane, extending on the side of a valley facing south 250 to 350 meters above sea level, called Coste hot in Provençal (sunny hillside). For nearly 20 years the estate has been vinified at the cooperative cellar of the village. In 2001, the Fabre family decided to make their dreams come true: vinify and develop their own wines on the estate. Working in a natural way, no product or chemical input is used. Only the sulfur allows to stabilize the wines before bottling. The principles of previous generations are still applied, respecting the lunar calendar and focusing on the balance and quality of the grapes above all. They cultivate their vineyard in the excellence of the tradition, with the greatest respect of the soil, taking into account the influence of the fauna, the flora and the stars for the full expression of the aromas of the grapes.
