Château Les Justices is an 8.5 hectare property located in Preignac in the heart of Sauternes on a clay-limestone soil with a rocky subsoil.
The vines have an average age of 40 years. The harvest, according to the vagaries of Botrytis Cincerrea, are done by successive tries.
The grape varieties are 85% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon and 5% Muscadelle.
The wine is then vinified and aged in barrels before being marketed 2 years later.
